The "e-coupon is valid for a 40% discount on the adult regular fare when you purchase an Economy class ticket for travel between any two stations on the VIA Rail network. Tickets must be purchased online. Travel must be completed between September 22 and October 7, 2009 (inclusive) and between October 14 and December 14, 2009 (inclusive). Other conditions apply".
The travel dates windows are pretty decent, and of course 40% off is nothing to sneeze at -- this is a good deal!
