借人气问一问，有没有可以网上充值的电话卡

各位老大，借这里人气问一问，有没有可以网上充值的电话卡。哪位可以给推荐一款比较稳定，性价比好的。多谢了。

有。我用的是Cici的DCall

DCall, IDCaller, CiCi Lynk

好处有如下：
1. 可以绑几个电话号码在你的帐号上；
2. 在北美有1-800和其他当地的Access#，这样在机场打长途或者短途电话都很便宜；
3. 不用为电话卡上剩下的1毛钱而觉得亏，再加钱就好了。
4. 价格也还不错
5. 用信用卡来加钱，很方便

It has the same calling card feature(like Cici) as well as others. If you have a VOIP phone box at home, people can call you free from any traditional phone or VOIP phone.
