I just bought 2 boxes today at Kanata Costco ($9.99 each). Comparing with the one that I bought from Chinatown ($13.99 each), it is not that cheap. Reason being the box from Costco is smaller (600g) and made in Taiwan, the one from Chinatown is 750g and made in Hongkong.

If anyone wants to buy, go to the Kanata store, a staff told me today that the inventory shows about 200+ boxes still remaining.
