I have accumulated $1004 BMO FirstHome Dollars, I would like to transfer the certificate to some one who meets following condition:

A. first time home buyer
B. with BMO Bank of Montreal mortgage by Dec. 31, 2010. when make down payment, $1004 dollars will be deducted from your down payment
C. Last name better is Cheng or Zheng

The transfer certificate should be completed by Dec. 31, 2009 in MBO.
I will ask $200 for transfer process.

I sent you QQH two times, I do not know why you have not received them.

Sorry, BMO only allow uses it before you got the mortgage. I guess BMO wants to attract people to get mortgage.
