I think Tessa is much better than her. Helen never answer or return my phone call. I called her few times. Finally I give up and talked to a guy (can't remember his name, but not speaking good mandarin) He was nice. But when I called back again. I talked to Tessa. She was great. If Helen not answering your phone call, try to talk to Tessa or the guy. Good Luck

What is the problem with Panda Vacations. I asked few questions about how to apply the China Visa. A guy gave me wrong information. I told him I wanted to speak to Tessa, he said she works only Monday and Tuesday.
