前些日子在rogers 借了几盒录像带，原以为可以在任何一家rogers video还，谁知今天他们打电话来说没有还，我说还在另一家，可是他们说不可以，而且还罚pay 20元，天哪！！20元可以买了。 我越来越讨厌rogers了。

如果是图书馆也是只有OTTAWA在OTTAWA的那几间还,NEPEAN和KANATA也是另外的.

From last year, after the merge of Ottawa, Nepean, Kanata, ..., you can borrow ans return library books at all branches.

If you havn't pay the penalty, you can ask waive. The reason is that NOBODY told you about it and I guess you have good chance to get rid of it. But if you already paid it, it's gone.

Oh, that's a little hard. I think you need to report to the store where you borrow the videos all about this, see how they talk about. Rember ask thier names. If you 100% sure you return the videos over there, say it when they ask you go to other store to check. Give them the video's names and barcodes and ask them to double check.

Don't pay the money before the thing clear if possible.

Oh, I forgot. One possiblity is that they might transfter the videos to the store where you borrowed video, and the videos are still in the way.
