磨牙问题

小孩七个半月了，现在长了三颗小牙，下面两颗，上面一颗门牙，旁边的门牙准备出，不知道是不是牙龈痒，他磨牙很厉害，想吃花生一样响。究竟小孩为什么会磨牙？这样要不要紧？有没有妈妈有类似的情况？很是担心

don't worry, both of my kids did that when they were teething. Get a teething soother for the baby or some other stuff to chew on.

原因可能是：

1）出牙时牙龈发痒，而致使其磨牙。
1）肠子里有寄生虫。
