[问题] Am I being Silly?

Somehow I lost my Global IME Language Bar (which used to be sitting at the right corner of my desktop). The Start menu shortcut is gone too. Tried remove and re-install imechs.exe. Still the same problem?

BTW, I use Windows XP.

How do I get it back sitting at the corner for me to switch language options? Thanks for helping the silly me here!

Format primary drive, and re-install Windows-XP.

You'll need your original WindowsXP installation CD.

Start(or from my computer) -> Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options -> Languages Tab -> Details, Then ...
