Richcraft and Claridge have bad reputation;
Minto's lot is too small - two neighbors can shake hands while each of them staying in their own house;
Urbandale is good.

要看什么房子，minto有的房子之间的距离也很大，对于新房子其他的builder也不见得大到哪里去。
