请问哪位知道,探亲来加拿大的人回国时怎么办理退税?

在他们登录入境的时候应该收到一本小手册有详细的说明。
我印象中大致的意思是，保留所有消费的收据（应该是某些类别的消费才能退税），然后填写个什么表格，用邮寄的方式或者在机场某个柜台办理退税，不过当时我父母过来都没有去办，一来觉得麻烦，二来金额也不多就算了。

去年我妈妈来探亲的时候也问过, 好象在2006年左右的时候就取消这个服务了.
