我孩子这种症状应该去医院吗?急等！

我儿子接近3岁，周六晚上突然发烧，到周日早晨是38。3，到现在为止吃了3次退烧药了，尤其是周日早上第一次服药，药效持续到下午4点左右，最后这两次药效不明显，也见有退烧现象但时间很短，体温一直徘徊在38。5-39之间，喷嚏打的不多，咳嗽并不频繁，过一到两个小时咳一次，精神状态挺好，吃饭也和往常一样。

因为我没给他打HINI疫苗，所以很担心。想去医院，但以前每次去医院都被打发回来了。请大家给点意见，现在是不是应该去医院，多谢。

因为他说话还不太好，无法表达哪里痛，所以很让我担心有些症状无法发现，而且这两个晚上，明显睡得很不好，感觉他不舒服。

你可以先给你的家庭医生打电话或给CHO打电话说明症状，他会告诉你是否该去医院。

我觉得去医院也是白折腾，而且说不定把别人的病菌捎带回来。

如果孩子能吃能喝，呼吸不急促，留在家里注意观察和照顾孩子可能最好。注意给孩子吃流质食物，让孩子有真够的水分供应。

当然，如果温度急升或者烧昏的话，就要去医院了。

Ottawa Public Health opened six flu-assessment clinics Wednesday at area community health centres.
The clinics won't offer H1N1 vaccinations, but instead provide assessment and treatment for patients who have flu-like symptoms, but don't have a family doctor or can't get an appointment with their regular health-care provider.
The clinics will run seven days a week, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the following community health centres:

• Sandy Hill Community Health Centre, 221 Nelson St.
• Somerset West Community Health Centre, 55 Eccles St.

My daugther is 3+. She had a little fever at 38c for whole night before Holloween. I just asked her to drink more water. And she had a running nose and a little cough for the following couple days. And she was fine. Normlly I don't give any medecine to her unless it is over 38.5c. I would ask her to drink more water/juice, and go to washroom often. Not too worry about H1N1 vacine staff. I know many kids under 5 including my daugther still don't have chance to have it. I'll wait until there is no line up, then my whole family will go for it at once.

现在是周一下午两点，今早服了一次advil，现在体温仍是38。其他症状表现都没有加重的迹象。准备带他到诊所走一趟，谢谢

It is a good sign that your son's condition did not get worse at day 2. Also he ate and slept well which indicate he can get some engery to fight the virus. Keeping watching his condition and I think by day 3 or 4, the fever may go away (if he is with flu). This is just suggetion. Please consult with a doctor if necessary. Good luck

谢谢大家，昨天下午去了“我来说两句“提到的Pinecrest Queensway Community Health Centre，人不多，很快医生给开了抗病毒的药，回家后就服了。但诊所和我后来给吃的退烧药不起任何作用，孩子体温直逼40（精神却是很好，纳闷呢），凌晨两点决定再给他吃一次ADVIL，这次管用了，并且到目前为止都没有再发烧，可能医生开的药起了很大的作用。

是Tamiflu，国内叫“达菲”，医生当时说这个对H1N1也有效，而且这次是政府cover药费。
