有人知道ottawa的condo价格吗？
我朋友一对夫妻想在 324 laurier west 买个condo， 2 bedroom 2 bath 但只有774sf+ balcony 165 sf . 要卖35，5000
有人买过房， 知道大概价格吗？

Just a side note, the Claridge Plaza 3 get reserved of 90 units in 3 days.

The condo market is getting hot, it's a big trend change of living styles in Ottawa. Maybe a good time to jump on the wagon now than later.

Price is around $400/sqft now. Possible to reach $500-600 in 3-6 years. JMHO.
