担保父母团聚移民问题

最近开始帮父母办移民，发现表格很繁琐，想借宝地问几个问题:

1. in IMM3155E (Sponsorship of parents,grandparents,adopted children and other relatives, Visa Office Specific Instructions Beijing) Appendix A, No.3 "Children's information".

-proof of marital status for children 16 years of age and older. Why they need
-For children aged 22 or older, provide proof of continuous full-time studies since before attaining
the age of 22 such as:
school records including transcripts, school fee payment and etc.

我不懂为什么办我父母移民需要他们子女的婚姻和教育信息，而且需要学习成绩单，学费等这么详细的信息。这些和移民有什么关系。我姐都快40了，上哪里找学习成绩单阿。 还是我理解错误，希望以前办过的朋友指点。

我不懂为什么办我父母移民需要他们子女的婚姻和教育信息，而且需要学习成绩单，学费等这么详细的信息。这些和移民有什么关系。我姐都快40了，上哪里找学习成绩单阿。 还是我理解错误，希望以前办过的朋友指点。

那表格是为所有申请人设计的吧？

如果被担保人有年幼子女，当然得一同过来，是不是？

表格说得不是很清楚么。

我个人的理解是
cic的表格里头说的family member的定义是你，你spouse/common-law partner，你的dependent children，that's it.
陪同子女大于22岁，除非是依旧financial dependent on parents + never married，而且还在post-secondary级别的上学的话是可以申请的。还有一些其他限制
你姐姐应该不用提供那些信息，因为她不满足家庭团聚里头dependent children的条件
就跟申请移民时候写的background declaration表格写的一样，你不把自己父母写在里头的
sponsorship的申请已经搞定了？现在密西沙嘎处理这个要多久啊？

Who is a dependent child?

Your child or a child of the person you are sponsoring will be considered a dependent child if that child
A. is under the age of 22 and not married or in a common-law relationship; or
B. married or entered into a common-law relationship before the age 22 and, since becoming a spouse
or a common-law partner, has
• been continuously enrolled and in attendance as a full-time student in a post secondary
institution accredited by the relevant government authority and
• depended substantially on the financial support of a parent; or
Citizenship process for adopted persons
Canada’s citizenship law was amended to allow Canadian citizens (except for those born outside
Canada) who adopt a child from a foreign country the option of applying for Canadian citizenship
for their adopted child without first having to apply for permanent residence. An application for
Canadian Citizenship for a person adopted by a Canadian citizen (on or after January 1, 1947) is
available. Adopted persons who are adults may apply for themselves. You can download the
application by visiting the following Web site: www.cic.gc.ca.
If you want to apply for Canadian citizenship for an adopted child or you are a child adopted by a
Canadian citizen, refer to the CIC Web site to help you determine if you should apply for
citizenship or for permanent residence.
6 Sponsorship I - Parents, grandparents, adopted children and other relatives
is 22 years of age or older and, since before the age of 22, has
• been continuously enrolled and in attendance as a full-time student in a post secondary
institution accredited by the relevant government authority and
• depended substantially on the financial support of a parent; or
C. is 22 years of age or older, has depended substantially on the financial support of a parent since
before the age of 22 and is unable to provide for himself or herself due to a medical condition.
