Looking for a room close to o train

I'm moving to Ottawa in Jan. Hope someone could help me find a room which is quiet and clean with kind roommates. But needs to close to the o train station. Heat needs to be controllable. Thanks very much.

I am a graduate female student but on co-op term right now. I will be working near Carling Ave so just find a place near to the bus stop 85, 101 or o train. Rent is negotiable. Thanks.
