[请求] Compare PHP & ASP, MySQL and SQL Server

I will probably have to use PHP & MySQL open source to write some web apps (To be hosted in Unix box). I have never done any work using PHP and MySQL though. All my work have been with SQL Server and ASP (including some .NET work).

Can anybody shed some light on how I should pick up PHP & MySQL knowledge and tell me the major differences between ASP & PHP, SQL Server & MySQL?

If I am not wrong, CFC uses PHP; but I am not sure if it uses MySQL.

PHP + MySQL is a typical Web solution for web site. Since they are free and you can find many useful exist codes.
