I hear 'SiSi' sound comes from my car, can you kindly tell me why ?
How to fix it ? How much ?

What kind of sound? What is trigger mechanism for this sound such as when you step on the brake, gas pedal, when you turning the corner, or when the car just start to move from a complete stop. what is the speed of your car tarvelling when the sound comes? Please provide as much as detail, otheriwse it is very difficult to give you suggestion.

Sounds the alternator of your car probably has some problem.

Thanks for your suggestion, sometimes when braking, sometimes when turn, seems to come from font part of my small car.
