Unclean clothes by washer

Here are actual result by using washer:
A. some lint stuck in the clothes, it appeared the cotton clothes had more lint than other fabric clothes.
B. Some which strip, it seemed the detergent was left in the clothes when the rinse water drained from washer.
C. The color of clothes appeared dark and not bright.

I tried to put the cotton clothes into a bag within the washer, the result was not obvious improved.

Have you had those of trouble bother you? did you separate the cotton clothes from other fabric clothes? is there any product being able to make a better result by washer? is there any detergent to get better colors in clothes?
any suggestion should be great appreciated.

I never had listed problems w/ my washer. I think there are couples of reasons contribute to these. 1. use dryer to get rid off the lint by fluffing it up. 2. if the washer is overloaded, the clothes can't be cleaned properly. 3. choose the right cycle, and don't mix dark color clothes with light color clothes. 4. use liquid detergent, the power sometimes doesn't dissolve completely.

从来都是一起洗。但深色浅色要分开。
而且我用液体洗衣粉，加Javex 2 color booster，然后二次清洗（2nd rinse）。
