did anyone has been suspended by rogers internet?

Hi
last tuesday the rogers called us and tell us there are some virus exist in our computer. so they decided to suspend our internet for one month.
However all of our computer has installed antivirus software (we bought it from future shop) and we checked there is no virus in our computer.
And we told this to the Rogers but they just reply us that is our problem and they will keep suspending us.
did anyone has the same experience?

Ya i know that but i have installed the kaspersky, i afarid there will be a conflict between these two software

Forget Roger's Intenet. They are the worst. Two years ago, Rogers suspended my Internet access saying something was wrong with my router. I made the complain to several department and no use. I cancelled it right away. It turned out that I was using emule and sent many log in request. What a big deal!
I'm using Acana right now. It's much cheaper and faster and nobody cut me off no matter what program I'm running.

这么厉害？我用 Bell，倒没用过驴，用BT没事啊，就是速度不快，也不知道Bell做没做手脚，就是想下的东西早晚能下来，Bell 尚未找我麻烦。。。
