the cities going to implement the plan starting next year across ontario, but not full implemented 'til 2015-2016. In ottawa, they will add 45-50 schools to the full day list, yet they haven't announced the names of the schools, but portion of it will be in the low income areas. you can go to the school board website for updated info.
