a quesion about tax[请求]

I have currently find two part time jobs, however, they require me to fill out a tax bracket form. There are several options: 1, to claim basic amount, 2. to claim basic amount plus claim for tuition (i am a full time student),3. claim nothing if it;s under 6000 dollars or something, 4. to pay maximum amount of tax.

I am very confused by them, can someone tell me what's the real, big differences betweem options? and which one is more suitable for student like me?
