1 从私人手里买车， 车还在WARRANTY 中，WARRANTY可以转过来吗？是否FREE？该怎样去做？

2 HONDA CIVIC 99的IGNITION RECALL必须做吗？

yes. the warranty can be transfered to you through the Honda Credit if it is a Honda. other Manufactures also provide this kind of service through their own Credit department. it is free. recall can be done free at dealership, so why not. you can bring your car there after you get it.

Yes, it is civic. About the recall, unfortunately, it is not free because there is a remote starter. The Honda canada said if there is remote starter, alarm, or audio, they will not gurante, and dealer said they will charge me $73.

So it is worthy to do the recall?

for recall, usually, only problems affect the safty will be recalled. so for your own sake, $73 is not a big money. do it. you will have peace in mind.
