I dont' think the neighborhood close to OU is a good one. There are a lot of problems.
Route 95 is one of the two major good planned bus routes in Ottawa. In the peak time, there is a bus every 3-5 minutes. It has a bus stop at OU.
So, I suggest you go to find a place near route 95 instead of closing to OU.
