For your friend, you can get a book on pregnancy or a baby book. Pregnancy calender is a also a good choice, but consider how far she's at, it might be a bit too late. For the twins, you can get something clothes, little plush toys, baby first year calender(but with twins, just wondering if she would have the time to fill it in), or even a gift card. If you're planning to visit her after the babies are born, you can get the baby stuff by that time.
