Ottawa Citizen mentioned that the HST only to be added on *NEW* houses that priced beyond 400K. For cheaper *new* houses and previously owned houses, HST doesn't apply. Well, I should not say that, it seems sales of old houses have always been subject to PST anyway.

好像是有几个rebate level,不过开发商卖给你的钱已经除去了rebate了（也就是说，买房子的人就不用去bother申请rebate了，开发商帮忙弄好了）

所以agreement上的钱就是你要付的（前提是如果HST通过的话。真希望别通过，或者能推迟几个月）
