Is somebody having experience in choosing the following options for a new house?
1. Central vaccum system. If consider a later installation, do i need to request rough-ins and joint pipe being ready for future use?
2. Air conditioning: Still consider a late installation upon future need, do i need a rough-in in advance? I thought any air conditioning company can install it even without a rough-in after the move-in.
3.Security system (Alarm): Do i need to pre-wire for this or at a later date security company can do it even though the house is completed?
