需要有什么特殊的装备么
比如鞋是不是有什么要求
皮鞋或者是运动鞋?

唯一的要求是鞋底越滑越好。找个你鞋底最滑的鞋穿。实在都特不滑，也无所谓。

没特殊要求了。

In fact the requirement is that one shoe should be very slippery, the other not.
You should wear a pair of sport shoes. Then depends on which foot you are going to use to slide on the ice, stick a piece of transparent tape (the kind we used to seal boxes, about 3 inches wide) to the bottom of the shoe.

It is cold inside to, wear enough clothes.
