Any non-Rogers cable internet provider in Ottawa?

Is there any cable internet ISP in Ottawa beside the expensive Rogers? I knew 3Web/CIA had it. But now when I checked with them, I was told their cable internet is no longer available in Ottawa.

Any advice? Thanks.

Thanks, but I talked with the 3 web today and they told me cable internet is no longer available in Ottawa any more. It's full, they claimed.

Do you use cable internet from them?
