what kind of food you prepare for 13 months toddler

Hello,

My boy now is more than 13 months. I still have Milupa for him, with vegatable, meat, and fruit, eggs. Besides this, what other food I should prepare for him, and how many meals he should take each day?

Before 12 months, I think i can follow some guide. Now, I don't know where to start?
