请教关于CABLE MODEM或ADSL的问题

1. CABLE MODEM 和 ADSL 那种价格好一些. 那种性能好一些?
2. 如果我想同时几个PC上网,用一个高速MODEM,什么样的解决方案比较省钱,可行?
3. 自己做网线,那里可以买到网线头?

depends on ur neighbourhood.
If they are all using cable modem, then ADSL will be good choice.
If there are few ppl around you using cable modem, then cable modem is definitely
better choice.
Prices are almost the same if you have cable tv at home.
If you don't have cable tv, then cable modem company(rogers) will charge u $10 more every month.
And if you wanna use several pcs to get online, then use two ethernet cards for gateway pc and
each ethernet card for other pcs. Another hub is necessary if you have more than 2 pc totally.
The RJ45 could be found in many computer stores as well as network cable. But you need a jacker
to make the network cable.
If you have only two pcs totally, then no need for a hub. Just make one crossconnection network
cable.(1,2,3,6 or something, I cant remember clearly.check website, u can find it anywhere)

Personal opinion, cable modem.
because the upload speed is faster.
