To All whom wanna buy a second car:
So if you wanna to buy a used car, you can ask the owner give your VIN information package( Both a dealership or owner of the car, they must provided these document to you, no wonder they will pay for it).
Second you go to make an appoint with your Mechanic to check your car. Your can ask full-inspection for the car( specially for accident or including for major part of the car). Even the you have Vin information package, but sometimes if the car had accident before, owners didn't claim to insurance company, you still cannot see the car is accident free or not. so Taking the car to Mechanic to check is more important, and as all the maintance record from the car owner, they must keep of maintance reciepts to see which had done recently, and so on. If you done this as well, test driving the car if Your feeling is good you can negotiate the price.
So NO NEED To Ask Carfax report,but if the owner have it, That's would be good for you.

Vin information package and accident check report is available to get from Ontario Vin register center( Seller or Dealership they pay for it)
