据说根据加拿大的新法，以后逮着FTA （卫星电视）用户，将狠罚个几百万加币，真的假的？你还敢用FTA吗？

FTA = FREE TO AIR. It is total legal.

There are that many online stream and download available. Do you need "FTA" anymore?

If not legal, how can companies produce all types of FTA receivers and dish? and how can retail stores sell them (and even install them for you) openly in Canada and US? If the law bans FTA, it should ban the production first. But, it seems that the FTA production/sale has not been baned yet in North American!

FREE TO AIR 当然合法。。。
但使用盗版软件非法解码频道节目就是违法了。。。
现在的情况好像是想盗版都找不到。。。
