which model is better?

I amthinking to buy a new house at riverside south. If I can get mortgage I will go with lot 50 or 60. I wonder if these houses are too pricy? not workth? big houses there are going very slow. Here are some models I am thinking, any input is welcome and I appreciate

我比较喜欢上面一个左边bedroom floor样板，主卧够大，wic也够大。mian bathroom有一个好处，厕所有个门，不影响外面洗手池的使用。外加还大300尺。车库两个门，比较独立。
下面那个就是钻石型的窗好看。

the first one is $100,000 more than sencond one for 300 尺 does that worth it?

50 和 60 也有些价格差别吧。。。 光说舒服当然是越大越好~ 我就觉得family都小了点儿。

can you tell waht's the weakness for the second one? this second one is +100,000 cheaper that first one.

BTW, do you like porch? will it block a lot of sunlight? I like bright room, especially we have such long winter here

值不值看个人情况和喜好了，riverside那套我去看过，当时就感觉很牛b了，riverside III属于巨牛b的那种，不过说实话10万差价感觉有点多了。

应该比前两套都便宜吧，至少我感觉这价位的主卧不应该那么小

Agree!!! The Berkley is a 很簡單的房子 . 它看不像 50 lot 的華麗房子.
If you like big lot, why don't look for a land (~2 acre) and build a house with your design?

I like richcraft's design, like family room open to upper level. How about this model?

这款richcraft 50 lot中有一一模一样的，只是双车库而已。价格差3万多（The Breckenridge 2,960/3,211 sq ft

Riverside A 样子较好，但好像楼梯笔直的正对大门。（图有点儿小，看不太清。说错了请包涵）
