I have 12 years experience with Etrade, namely the current Scotia iTrade. It is convenient most of time, but sometimes you need call them to buy some stocks (mostly small companies, or pinksheet listers, etc)

One good thing is that it requires only $50k of all your accounts combined to qualify flat commission of $ 9.99 ... If you are new costomer you may get a certain number of trades for free...

I don't like TD waterhouse. Tha's why I am planing to switch to iTrade.
