that really depends, sometimes advantage to one person is disadvantage to another, for example, the fact that UQO has little Chinese students might be an advantage to you, because you only want to make local friends instead of Chinese; while that fact might be a disadvantage to me, because I would like to see more Chinese students around. In my opinion, there is no great difference between universities as long as we concentrate on learning.

问得很奇怪啊。魁省的学费全国最低，还有助学金。
如果不看学校专业，魁省当为首选。
