一直感觉这种评分几乎没什么实际作用，要买房基本还是取决于自己喜欢的地段，然后再选builder和房型。
richcraft口碑还是不错的，至少房屋质量上一直算上乘。
lz还是先选地段，再问问身边买过那里房子的朋友最清楚。

一点声明，我可不是richcraft的fans，我买的urbandale的房子，不过是调查过看过Claridge房子的质量，也看过其他人pdi的照片，跟richcraft不是一个档次的，热狗有图有真相。

当时也考虑过CLARIDGE在HUNT CLUB的房子，后来总得别扭就没买，真险。从这些照片上学了不少东西 。。。
