How could u get the Divx4 from DVD for these movies?

I am looking for them.
As I know, they are not available now.

The Novo club is bankcupted.
It is a famous computer book store, and dealing some parts as well.
Everything should be sold , now everything 40% off.

我的Lord of the Ring DVDRIP 有2.2G! 基本用肉眼看跟真正DVD比基本没什么物理损失！
