I lost the T4, what can I do for the tax return?

Check your last slip, you can figure out which number goes which box.
Normally you only need fill 4 numbers.

Most employer is supposed to give me the T4 (copy) again. Ask your HR.

Or call CCRA, they also have one copy which is sent by your employeer.
