It doesn't matter to have it fully covered or not. If you would prefer a peace of mind, take it; if you don't care, that will be alright. But, think about it that if you have your car scratched or hit by someone somewhere that you are not there, will that be really a problem and will the insurance company really compensate for that, or will any accident possibily happen? From my point of view,Insurance companies don't pay for scratches, and accidents not frequently happen. Further, you are not to leave your car somewhere unsafe.
