房价要跌啦,同学们

政府调整贷款条件,尽量避免炒楼的是好事。
要不然跟国内似的,房价暴涨,总有一天暴跌,吃亏的还是老百姓。
ottawa的房市是挺火的,但觉得还是正常价格范围内,至少有个正常工作的人都能买得起。
 
NRC裁员86。不会对房市有什么明显影响。
 
经济不好就得保持低利率,但是长期的 低利率又会引发房市泡沫,所以只好在细节上着手。我想FLAHERTY同志的目的还是要抑制房价上涨。至于泡沫,就算有,也没人敢人为的让它破,中国不敢,美国没挡住,更别说加拿大了。长远来看,保持NOMINAL房价不涨,随着INFLATION上来,实际REAL房价就是跌,这样也不会打击消费者的信心。做起来确实有难度。
我个人觉得FLAHERTY宁可要泡沫也不敢冒险再刺激一下脆弱的消费者信心。所以房价下跌? 也许近期不会发生。个人看法。
 
整体房价不长,就是跌。
 
1.我自住,不是炒房,我不怕
2.目前这个rate要爬回原有地步,还要几年,我不怕
3.现在这个房价再爬高的话,我也怕,政府也怕,所以我不怕
4.房价就跟ccc说得那样,不涨就是跌,每年还有通货膨胀几个百分点呢,你不涨,就是亏本了

其实房价也看地区的,全国各地的平均房价不靠铺,你要看就看本省的
 
实际上炒房也很简单,政府拼命出台刺激措施大家还一个劲的恐慌时候,赶紧买房;政府刚刚出台抑制措施、利率拼命涨而大多数人还看好时,赶紧卖房。估计明年四五月,咱把我的住房卖了,住回公寓去。

今后啥也不看,就看CFC上的贴子来决定买房还是卖房。
