丰田危机还要升级 继美国之后又遭韩国消费者起诉 朝鲜日报

朝鲜日报报道，日本丰田汽车召回事件在美国引发大规模诉讼，而在韩国国内也出现了首例针对丰田汽车的诉讼案。

　　据首尔中央地方法院2月17日称，金某在去年9月购买了丰田2010年款混合动力汽车“普锐斯”，日前她针对日本丰田汽车和丰田韩国公司、汽车销售企业（株）Hyosung等提起诉讼，要求赔偿汽车购买费和慰问金等共计1.3890亿韩元。金某在诉状中称：“我在去年9月购买了普锐斯汽车，但因为剎车系统存在严重问题，一直感到不安。最近得知汽车存在严重缺陷后，害怕开车，因此近来一直没有开车。”

　　接着，金某称：“丰田公司从2009年7月开始明知汽车存在严重缺陷，却故意隐瞒这一事实并在国内销售汽车，直到今年1月才改善了剎车系统。尽管所幸没有发生事故或受伤，但因为害怕再也不敢驾驶普锐斯，在精神上受到伤害，因此理应赔偿汽车购买费用和慰问金等共计1.3890亿韩元。”

　　代理金某提起诉讼的法务法人方面称：“丰田事件爆发后，在购买普锐斯的消费者中，有意提起诉讼的人不少，预计今后有可能更多消费者提起诉讼。”
