We plan to buy a new single house in Avalon Community at Orlean. The builder is Minto.

We don't know much about Avalon Community. We would like to know a little more information such as school, neighourhood safty, any problems in this area. If anyone could provide any information, we really appreciate it.

巧了，阿土住Avalon Lake边上，环境很棒。周围以政府雇员为主，治安还可以，学校一般。不过近来房价涨幅迅猛，据说是新房几乎卖光了，楼主如果要买就得抓紧出手！

我正是住AVALON, 环境是不错，配套设施日益完善，治安还好，以中产家庭为多， 购物方便,中国人不算很多，可能离大统华等华人超市较远。基本上所有的大店都在INNERS，CANADIAN TIRED WALMART LOWES SUPER STORE FUTURE SHOP 等。房价有升值潜能。

就看你在那里工作了, 个人感觉Orlean还是远些. 但房子价格相对其他KANATA, BARHAVEN还是便宜一些.
