hot water pipe leaking

Hello,

I am renting hot water tank, but the copper hot water pipe plus cold water pipe is leaking ( the connection area). Are they supposed to fix that for free

you can ask repair cost first. If there is any charge, simply get a new one from another company.

i had leaking problem last year. called hot tank rental company. they came and turned the temperature lower. there's no charge. and no problem since then.

When you say "the connection area", do you mean the pipe connections right to the tank?

If that is the case, it could well be their responsibility to fix the leaking problem.
