请教关于随身行李问题

因为要带5个月大的儿子回国，请问是否可以带一个随身115标准箱10公斤，另外带一个书包大小的包用于装孩子的奶瓶奶粉和尿布之类的东西，貌似最近的新规定，包也算一件行李？有知道的妈妈请说说，谢谢。

看过了，我买的是加航到温哥华转国航的票，都只给出了10公斤行李的标准，没太多的细节解释，也许还有我的语言不是太好，没看得透彻，所以上来问问。

LZ asked it is a carry-on baggage,the link is below. you are able to have
a luggage less than 10kg and a personal item. if your personal item does not exceed the size of limitation, I think it is fine.

Besides carry-on baggage, you are able to have other two checked baggages, which it other people pointed, I believe that I am right.
