I'd like to explain, all 5 appliances are not included when i bought this new home from Holitzner. I bought all new appliances. They are only 2 years old. And i don't buy cheap stuffs.

Fence done by Perfect post hole, i remember

Air conditioning is Lennox, but i cannot find their business card anymore. Sorry

All town house, last year asking price

我前院对面的要价 315,000, 1613 sq. 具体卖多少不知到
我后院对面的要价 299,900, 1613 sq, same model as above, eventually sold at 295,000

我这条街顶头Model home, around 2000 sq., 今年初卖了 36万

Holitzner Home 质量好,价钱就是要贵一些,一分钱一分货

Brookside, their houses all sold out now.
 
我自个儿卖就是想买卖双方得利,讨价还价的余地大一些.

交给中介就没那么灵活了

再说了, 中介都干什么了,一个房子就几千几万的赚?

反正最后买卖都是通过 Laywer.

其中一个bidder还是CFC的呢,呵呵。
我一开始去看那个model的时候,7月份吧,开价31万,8,9月份就跳到35万了。
 
再说了, 中介都干什么了,一个房子就几千几万的赚?

我承任agent有networking,这点儿,俺们自个儿卖的赶不大上
要不,人家怎么凭这养家胡口呀
