She charged me by $700 last year. Had an appointment with me the day before the closing day, but just let her assistant talk to me since she had another client to deal with. Not quite happy with that. Others are OK.
If you buy a new house, I think there may not be too much difference for different lawyers since the lawyer basically can not change anything in your contract with the builder.
Next time to buy a new house, I would pick the one who charges less.
