父母续签被拒怎么处理？

父母续签被拒怎么处理？在CIC上找不到相关的规定，到这儿问问

1。来信要求马上离境，可机票什么的都没有，也没心理准备，想知道离境可以拖延多长时间？1个月？2个月？
2。能否马上再申请一次？因为不知道被拒的具体原因（给的原因很笼统，就是签证官不满意），是不是补上更多的材料和更具有说服力的理由，就可能通过？还有再申请一次，即使再被拒，也至少可以再呆2到3个月，不至于被搞得手忙脚乱的。

或者有什么其他解决办法？

谢谢，看完那个帖子，应该可以再申请，又多2个月的合法居住期，当然也希望能够申请通过。 这是第三次延期申请，理由是想在这儿再玩玩，结果被拒，我的收入support他们在这儿，应该是没任何问题，不知道签证官是以什么来拒绝的，我再申请应该以什么理由获得批准的可能性比较大？谢谢啦

当时我们也是以同一个理由”想在这儿再玩玩，而且夏天快到了，去PEI等等”，然后就批下来7个月，不过如果他们想在停超过三个月，就需要体检。

真的没心理准备，前2次续签都是很顺利，也没有特别的理由，就是想多玩玩，可能是不是续签太多次，被拒的可能性就大？

现在已经准备再申请，多准备些材料，把理由再写充分点。另外刚给CIC打电话咨询，告诉我说因为原来的visa现在已经过期了，所以再申请除了75$的申请费，还需要另外250$的resdient的费用，两个老人就一共650$，真够黑的。可以在递交申请的时候先只交75$？如果那样，会不会不受理就直接给拒了？

有朋友也有这样的经验，但你必须全部一次交清所有费用。但是有可能他们会拒签，不过你们有就会有几个月的时间（从申请到知道结果），就看你觉得费用交的值不值。

2）如果想reapply, 但因为你父母的visa已经过期，所以，不再符合“在visa过期前一个月提交延期申请直到收到移民局处理决定期间身份合法”条件；
3）如果想继续留加拿大但不想黑下来的话，可以申请Restoration of status，条件是必须在visa过期后90天之内：

You may wish to complete an application to apply for restoration of temporary resident status but there is no guarantee that your application will be accepted. On your application you must provide full details of all the facts and circumstances that resulted in you committing the offence.

There is a fee for extension of temporary resident status. However, the regular fee for temporary resident status is not required if applying for restoration. Restoration applies to each member who has lost his or her status.

An officer will evaluate your request for restoration of status and you will be advised of any further action to be taken.

请问,只需要Restoration of status 200$每人,不再需要延期的75$? CIC call center说的250$是怎么回事,好象她说的也是Restoration,怎么跟网站的不一样呢,如果她错了,也太不专业了
