BMO & Scotia will probably increase rates tomorrow.

However for today, the rate has not changed for Scotia at least

TD 5 year faxed 4.49%, scotia 4.39%, (increased by 12:00am March 31), RBC is same, only First Line still 3.79% so far, the best rate in the town, and quickly closing is 3.69%, my broker signed me in before the rate increased, @ 3.69% haha, big thanks to her.!!
