Relatively Ottawa is very safe since it is a smaller city and also the capital. Renting in Ottawa could be cheaper than in Vancouver. But renting
near Ottawa university is more expensive than somewhere else while it is almost in the center of the city. Avoid Vanier when you look for a place. Public transport in Ottawa is also convenient.

新生就住学校宿舍吧，相比其他学校，很便宜，但伙食比较差，选择面小。有些宿舍可以做饭。

Student Residence is quite expensive, as a room costs about $800/mth. Off-campus housing cost per room can be anywhere between $350~$700/mth.
