请朋友帮忙查一个城市区号。。。

今天上午接到3次莫名其妙的电话，来电显示是这个号码：233 216 6018
三次都是同样号码，可是一接就断了。回复也接不通，系统说这个号码不存在。

号码看着眼熟，但又觉得莫名其妙。。。，那位朋友帮我查一下，这个233 是那个城市的区号（或那个国家的区号 ？）
