Indoor dinning room ceiling leaking

Can anyone recommend a reliable and hopefully reasonable contractor to fix my leaking from the bathroom floor to the ceiling of (downstairs) the dinner room?

It happened more than three times. I am afraid 夹层有发霉现象， any suggestions?
